The Wyandotte Health for All (WHFA)Task Force is a partnership of organizations in Wyandotte County, Kansas working to promote health equity. Led by the Wyandotte County Public Health Department, the University of Kansas, and El Centro, the WHFA Task Force is drawing members of the community through the Mobilizing for Action Through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP). This site contains many resources and support for community members engaged in this activity.

The WHFA Task Force is one of ten REACH CORE projects across the United States funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
